- 10-minute presentation to attendees at SUSP membership meeting, with Q&A if time allows.
- 6-foot exhibit table with up to two attendees all day outside of the SUSP conference room. The table will be in the famous Nimitz Room on the 8th floor of the Bob Hope Patriotic Hall. The Nimitz Room will be the home to our coffee and food stations where three buffet meals will be served. The educational conference will be next door in the Wilson room, also on the 8th floor. The Nimitz room will serve as the food service and break room all day as well as the dinner and cocktail reception space later in the evening. We welcome you to keep your table setup through it all.
Note: There will be an afternoon breakout in this room where we will ask exhibitors to leave for one hour.
